My Personal Experience with Camano Island Coffee On My Carnivore Diet Journey
When I first started the carnivore diet, I gave up coffee entirely.
I noticed that coffee was causing me anxiety, and my naturopath suggested that the mold present in many coffee brands might be affecting me.
After about a year without it, I really missed my morning ritual. And then I was introduced to Camano Island Coffee by a friend.
When I gave it a try, I was amazed.
Not only did I feel great, but I also loved the smooth, rich flavor.
Ever since then, Camano Island Coffee has been my go-to choice for a morning caffeine hit.

Camano Island Coffee Company is a specialty coffee brand based in the state of Washington.
They focus on delivering high-quality, ethically sourced beans.
And they’re also an organic and environmentally friendly company.
The company emphasizes sustainable practices.

Why Quality Coffee Matters
If you’re following the carnivore diet, quality in every product counts.
Cheap, poorly sourced coffee might contain additives or toxins that don’t align with the clean-eating approach that you’re trying to follow.
By choosing high-quality coffee like Camano Island Coffee…
…you’re not only supporting sustainable practices…
…but also prioritizing what goes into your body.
Their coffee provides the clean, pure taste of quality beans without the risk of contaminants.
What Are Mycotoxins?
Mycotoxins are toxic compounds produced by certain molds.
They can appear on coffee beans that have not been stored or processed in the correct way.
These toxins can have a negative impact on your health, causing issues like brain fog, digestive problems, and even immune suppression.
Camano Island Coffee rigorously tests their beans.
This ensures they are free from these harmful substances.
Which makes it an ideal choice for those on a carnivore diet who prioritize purity in what they consume.
Advantages of Shade-Grown Coffee
Shade-grown coffee, like the one Camano Island Coffee provides, is grown under natural canopy cover.
This allows the beans to mature more slowly.
And that improves the flavor and nutrient profile.
It also protects the beans from direct sun.
Direct sun can degrade the quality of coffee beans and increase the likelihood of mold growth. Shade-grown coffee also supports biodiversity, making it a sustainable option.

How I make My Cup of Camano Island Coffee
Below is my personal coffee making routine.
I don’t use a French Press, but you can.
However, how I do it works for me
Step 1: Place 8oz Of Water In A Stainless Steel Pan & Bring It To A Boil On Medium Heat
You do not need to boil the life out of your water.
Just bring it to a gentle boil.
Step 2: Add 3 TBSP Of Coffee To The Water And Stir Well
If you like your coffee stronger you can add more.
I just follow the instructions on the packet.
Step 3: Add 3 TBSP Of Heavy Cream To A Glass Jar
I get my heavy cream from Miller’s Bio Farm.
The reason is because they use grass-fed, raw dairy.
The benefits of raw dairy are amazing!
Step 4: Pour The Coffee Mix Through A Stainless Steel Strainer And Into Your Jar
Yes, I know my method is weird.
But, I just prefer making my coffee this way.
Step 5: Discard Your Coffee Grounds
Do not dispose of your coffee grounds down your drain.
They can clog your waste disposal unit and pipes.
Throw them in the trash, or use them in the garden.
